At CEMEX Ventures we are singing “We will, we will ROCK YOU!”
In a year full of challenges, our team at CEMEX Ventures is celebrating that it recently got certified as a Great Place to Work! All employees participated in filling the Trust Index survey made by the Great Place to Work® Institute, who granted us with the certification.
With a team made up of an enthusiastic group that work from Spain, Mexico, Colombia, and China, we add another great achievement to our books. “Being recognized as a Great Place to Work, especially during a moment where being all together in the office isn´t possible, shows the great work relationship and scenario we have created. Our drive and passion for what we do goes beyond the current challenges and this recognition serves as an example of that” expressed Gonzalo Galindo, Head of CEMEX Ventures.
Amongst the results that stand out from the survey, we have that:
- 91% of the collaborators agree that CEMEX Ventures is an excellent place to work collaborators
- 86% thinks that the organization encourages the team to do things differently and better, regardless of the outcome
- 93% considers that the company celebrates the team´s special accomplishments
- 100% thinks that what they do in CEMEX Ventures marks a difference in the company
