CEMEX VENTURES ESPAÑA S.L.U. (hereinafter, CEMEX VENTURES) may require certain data in order for the services requested by the User to be performed which, upon being provided on a compulsory basis, shall be stored in an automated data filing system. The User consents to the data included therein being processed automatically.
CEMEX VENTURES represents that suitable protection and all necessary security measures provided for by law will be in place order to prevent loss or misplacement of, or damage or unauthorised third-party access to such data.
Data provided by the User to CEMEX VENTURES shall be processed internally and confidentially. The User accepts that the data may be transferred by CEMEX VENTURES to CEMEX Group companies, which are defined as any companies majority-owned or controlled by, or directly or indirectly owning or controlling, CEMEX VENTURES.
The data provided cannot be transferred to other third parties without the User’s express prior consent.
The User or the individual acting for the User shall be entitled to access the filing system and have the data corrected or erased. The filing system is located in the computer systems at Hernández de Tejada no. 1. The controller is CEMEX VENTURES.
The personal data requested for our services to be provided are stored in automatic filing systems subject to the provisions of Organic Data Protection Act 15/1999 (LOPD) and Royal Decree 1720/2007, 21st December, approving the regulations implementing the Act (RLOPD).
CEMEX VENTURES is responsible for collecting and processing the data for the purpose of managing, providing, extending and improving the services requested from time to time by the User, following up on enquiries made, taking part in personnel recruitment processes, electronic communications and/or preparing statistics.
CEMEX VENTURES undertakes to comply with its obligation to keep the personal data supplied secret and with the duty to process such data confidentially and privately, in accordance with the laws for the time being in force. It shall therefore have all necessary measures in place to prevent alteration or loss of, or unauthorised processing of or access to, such data.
You are also advised that you may choose to exercise the rights provided for in Art. 5 LOPD in a letter addressed to CEMEX VENTURES specifying your full name, the CEMEX VENTURES service you have subscribed to and the right of Access, Correction, Erasure or Objection you wish to exercise with respect to your personal data.
