Conservation Labs mission is to improve the planet for future generations. We invented an edge-to-cloud AI platform to increase the sustainability of water use and machine operation. Our technology decodes the sound of an object to classify and quantify its function. An H2know sensor attaches to a pipe to measure and classify water use that identifies inefficiencies, leaks, and savings opportunities. Our Gyver sensor is attached to a machine to assess its health and identify malfunctions. Gyver creates sustainable machines by reducing truck rolls, decreasing maintenance costs, and increasing their life.
ParaStruct is a technology provider for circular solutions in construction & manufacturing industries and decarbonizes these industries by making them circular. The company develops materials, processes and applications that enable the transformation of unusable waste materials, such as fine-grained mineral or biogenic dusts, into high value, circular, low emission construction materials and products. With its material platform and a proprietary recycling process for mineral binders, it is able to reactivate mineral binders and to make – so far not economically usable – materials and by-products usable as fillers. Resulting materials can be used for conventional processes and products such as subfloors or precast parts, or they can be used for digital manufacturing methods, allowing automated processing. By doing so, ParaStruct helps industries to become more sustainable and more profitable, reducing economic & ecological costs and making new markets accessible with circular products.
Les Ripeurs is a team convinced that waste is a resource that should never end up buried! Our all-in-one solution for construction professionals allows the collection and recycling of all types of waste in just a few clicks.
Over the past 7 years, we have collected 250,000 tons of waste from construction sites across France, with 87% successfully recycled.
SusMaX offers a technology platform that recycles potentially toxic industrial by-products, such as historically landfilled coal ash (a by-product of burning coal), into safe, high-performance “construction lightweight aggregate” called SPORA. SPORA exhibits superior engineering properties compared to commercially available products made from natural materials, enhancing the mechanical and durability performance of lightweight concrete.
Circuland offers an AI-powered platform that issues Digital Passports for construction products and assets, ensuring end-to-end traceability and secure data exchange throughout their lifecycle. Our platform automates the creation of digital twins for materials and products, bringing transparency and automation, while simplifying complex calculations and reporting on carbon footprint, circularity, costs, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Key functions include:
A. Product Passports: Automates the creation of detailed, standardised documentation for construction products.
B. Asset Passports: Creates lifecycle-specific passports for assets by integrating product passports with models or through pre-deconstruction audits for existing buildings. These passports enable lifecycle traceability, advanced calculations, and the utilisation of data for various purposes throughout the asset’s lifecycle.
C. Materials Stock Database: A public database aggregating data from asset passports, offering essential material benchmarks and insights.
D. Digital Marketplace: Leverages data from resources identified to be deconstructed within asset passports, facilitating large-scale reuse through integration with marketplaces.
This suite of tools positions Circuland at the forefront of next-generation construction data software, addressing the growing demand for Digital Passports, which are set to become a regulatory requirement across Europe under the upcoming EU Digital Product Passport policy.
Kaya AI automates complex construction workflows, starting with supply chain challenges. It saves GCs and owners hundreds of hours monthly by eliminating manual data entry and offering end-to-end supply chain visibility. By improving coordination across stakeholders, Kaya reduces delays, mitigates risks, and keeps projects on time and within budget.
“Our AI-powered platform revolutionizes the way builders and contractors source materials. By leveraging advanced AI, the platform sources real-time pricing from local suppliers across a wide range of materials, eliminating the need for contractors to spend hours calling around or searching for new suppliers. It simplifies the process by ensuring suppliers are reputable and bids are competitive, giving users confidence that they’re getting the best value without the hassle. With our platform, contractors can focus on building, not procurement.”

Construction is one of the largest sectors in the UK economy (~£140bn). UK-SME, BuildBuddy, understands the many challenges that construction firms grapple with every day, particularly SMEs. Their first focus area is the £72bn UK market for building materials, which is especially inefficient and inequitable for SMEs, and in need of rapid positive disruption.
BuildBuddy is a novel and disruptive price comparison and purchasing platform for building materials, offering a holistic approach by providing data on material costs, stock, location and even more sustainable alternatives. Leveraging machine-learning capabilities with proprietary coding and algorithms, this will empower construction professionals to plan, manage and optimise the materials buying process, saving them valuable time (~10 hrs/week per project). Merchants partnered with BuildBuddy benefit too, receiving real-time market data and localised forecasting tools to drive competitiveness and enhance operational efficiencies.
BuildBuddy works in real time, enabling construction professionals to quickly scan and track the market. Clear UI and UX allows users to efficiently and seamlessly build shopping lists per project site, collaborate with teams on the ground and plot future material needs all in one place. BuildBuddy’s custom data engine instantly calculates the various buying options, such as closest retailer, cheapest retailer or split-save combinations to optimise basket prices and deals across merchants.
Fixed Construction has built a platform allowing construction companies to source, train, hire, manage and pay vetted, skilled workers. They have built a network of more than 14K skilled operatives across the UK, giving these workers digital profiles, allowing them to find work based on their skills rather than just their personal networks. Having identified critical shortage areas, Fixed are increasingly moving towards upskilling the workforce, using their tech to source new entrants from areas local to their clients’ projects (helping to meet S106 obligations) as well as from diverse pools of talent and training them with entry level skills, putting them on a trajectory for a skilled role in the in industry.
