On July 18 we will celebrate #CXVPitchday 2019, the event in which the ten winning startups of Construction Startup Competition 2019 will pitch their projects to a highly qualified jury. It’s a showcase for the winners and a meeting point for the leaders of the construction industry in Monterrey.
The event will begin with an analysis of the construction ecosystem by Darren Betchel, founder of Brick & Mortar Ventures, who will play a double role in the event: guest speaker and jury. He will share his knowledge and experience in the sector, after his extensive work to date, managing Brick & Mortar Ventures, one of the main Corporate Risk Capitals of the construction industry.
The winning startups will be evaluated by experts in the construction, investment and entrepreneurship industry, with the support of companies such as Google, Brick & Mortar Ventures, WND Ventures, Dalus Capital, TEKFEN Ventures y 500 Startups, and will be accompanied by CEMEX referents.
With #CXVPitchday 2019 we are committed to establishing a space where startups and the main Corporate Venture Capital firms of the sector connect with the same objective: to boost the construction industry. Just like CEMEX Ventures, WND Ventures and 500 Startups appear in Builtworlds’ “Venture Investors 50 list 2018”.
The winners, in addition to being valued, will receive feedback from the jury based on the experience of each one:
