Visibuilt is building the world’s first mycelium binders to replace fossil-based binders and cement in road construction.
With strong industrial partnerships in the concrete and asphalt sector, Visibuilt has tested their patent-pending mycelium binder, visiBINDER, in outdoor pavements with customers.
Next step for Visibuilt is to refine their first product, visiPAVER, and to develop the hardware that can unlock industrial production.
Their ambition is to develop the golden standard of construction binders with their fossil free, low energy, and safe mycelium platform technology.
The Copenhagen-based start-up raised its pre-seed round in January 2025 and has opened their seed round to raise 4.5 mEUR.
